I am an owner of an aviation company (Lyon Aviation Inc) that flies people around the world in private jets. I have worked with a Customs Agent out of Albany NY in the past. Mark Cesleone. One of the tips I provided Mark was on or about February 7th or 8th 2015. We transported a lone woman of Massachusetts to St. Thomas on February 07th 2015 from Boston and returned her on February 10th 2111110.1 this odd that this woman was flying privately, because she didn't appear to be able to afford this flight that may have costs $35,000. I suspected thi
