Execution Version TERMINATION AGREEMENT This TERMINATION AGREEMENT (this "Termination Agreement") dated as of December 7, 2016 (the "Termination Date") is entered into by and between Deutsche Bank AG ("Party A") and Southern Trust Company, Inc.
