Now that you are writing, I am remembering that they were going to send us a sample, and I did not receive one. I am checking with via copying her this email if she did. I will also check with the psychologist's office. However, I cannot imagine this question would be asked by her office. I would appreciate seeing this questionnaire which the FBI coordinator has received calls about so we can advise the victims accordingly (and fi ure out who is sending it and why). It asks questions like "how long have you been working as a prostitute." I can't figure out who is having them fill out this questionnaire. Have you heard about this? EFTA00216109
