During our last conversation, you stated that M. would be willing to speak with investigators ursuant to a Kastigar letter. Please let me know if that is the case and, if so, when you and M. are available. If is no longer amenable to an informal meetin , he must still appear pursuant to the subpoena so that I may ask him questions.
