I have now completed the detailed report for that file and am submitting the completed file for your consideration and review. The file submitted 29th December 2021 remained incomplete , file construction and report due to the situation of my circumstances involving the submitted documented evidence and reports of Government and Police targeting of an individual involving Government and Police Illegal surveillance / shared illegal surveillance to Organised targeted Crime individuals involved and connected and the Privacy of
