Independent and Transparent Reporting Procedures - US Bank will serve as the transaction's Trustee - The Trustee will monitor the deal's compliance with all of the transaction covenants - Covenant compliance is also tracked by investment team, FAO, and the Loan Information Agent - US Bank will independently maintain a website portal, PIVOT, for equity and facility holders to access on demand - The Trustee will provide investors with monthly and payment date reports • Reports will be revie
