Just confirming that the that is currently in Southern Financial's DB AG account was automatically swept over from the DB account. This sweep was set up, per the submitted Preferred Cash Addendum, to maintain $1,000 in the DBTCA account and automatically sweep anything greater than $1,000 into the DB AG account.
