GLDUS124 BBR Partners Chances to Summary of Principal Terms of the Access Fund The information contained in the Memorandum under the heading "Summary of Principal Terms of the Access Fund" is hereby amended by adding the following information to the last page: Servicing Fee: The General Partner, the Investment Manager and the Access Funds have entered into a placement agreement with Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. (the -DRS! Placement Agreement"), pursuant to which DBSI or one or more of it
