This is an alert for a bill pay transactions. Bill pay alerts are sent ONLY to the primary contact on the online profile. Currently, this is Jeanne Brennan with e-mail address: . If this needs to be changed, you need to reach out to Cynthia to complete the Online Change form so this can be updated. As for the other alerts, each user is setup for their own alerts: I checked the user ID: ADMIN and BELLAKLEIN, both users setup for the outgoing wire status change alert on the Plan D account, so that is why you received this alert twice. As for Zoro Mgt Acct, the Alert is setup for the under ID: BELLAKLEIN, however there is no e-mail address checked to receive the alert, If you have any further questions, please give me a call.
