Cathy Alexander

Cathy Alexander is a South African woman who served as the house manager at Jeffrey Epstein's private island, Little St. James, in the U.S. Virgin Islands from 1999 to 2007. She managed the household alongside her husband Miles Alexander, who worked as the island's maintenance manager. In sworn testimony and media interviews, Alexander described young women at the island as looking like they "had stepped out of an underwear catalogue," noting they wore very few clothes and that some appeared to be very young. She and her husband grew increasingly uncomfortable with what they observed and resigned in 2007, citing growing unease about conditions on the island.

Alexander was subpoenaed to provide testimony in the JPMorgan Chase lawsuit against the Epstein estate, in which the bank faced allegations of facilitating Epstein's operations. Her account corroborated other witness descriptions of a stream of young women brought to the island. She is currently living in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
