Hendricks (W/F DOB: 02/28/2000) one count of Disorderly Intoxication pursuant to F.S.S. 856.011, one count of Resisting arrest Without Violence pursuant to F.S.S. 843.02, and one count of Trespass after warning pursuant to F.S.S. 810.08(1) The details are as follows; At approximately 2212 hours, Officer J. Miller and I responded to the Four Seasons Hotel located at 2800 S. Ocean Blvd, Palm Beach Florida in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Four Seasons Security Officer Cerissa Berrios (W/F DOB: 03/13/2003) who stated that Monica Hendricks along with her daughter Kelly Hendricks were heavily intoxicated and were causing a disturbance in the lobby area of the Four Seasons Hotel and requested they be removed from the hotel property. Berrios stated that on today`s date both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks both checked into the hotel, (room #2113). After checking in both Hendricks spent several hours drinking alcohol at the hotel bar. Both Hendricks then attempted to return to their room, but they went to the wrong room. Hotel employee Tania Morgado (W/F DOB: 06/03/1999) responded to assist the Hendricks. Morgado stated that as she was attempting help the Hendricks, they became very argumentative, and disruptive, yelling profanities directed at her. Berrios stated that when she responded to assist Morgado, the Hendricks used vulgar language, calling her a "cunt, dyke and Lesbian. Four Seasons Hotel Manager Angel Ding confirmed that they wanted both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks trespassed from the hotel. Upon making contact with M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks, in the main lobby by the front desk I observed both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks to be highly intoxicated, their speech was slurred, and the odor of alcohol was emanating from their breath. Both were yelling and acting disorderly in front of hotel staff and hotel guests. I informed both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks that the Four Seasons Hotel wanted them trespassed from the hotel property due to their disorderly behavior. Both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks were asked to leave the property several times, but both refused to leave. I informed both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks that if they refused to leave the hotel property they would be placed under arrest for trespassing. Both still refused to leave the property. After additional requests were issued, both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks continued to refuse to leave the property. Both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks were placed under arrest for Trespass after Warning at 22:43 hours. While placing M. Hendricks under arrest she resisted arrest by twisting her body and tensing up while efforts were being made to handcuff her. Due to her actions, I escorted M. Hendricks to the ground while attempting to secure her in handcuffs. During the process of handcuffing M. Hendricks, she proceeded to strike me in my facial area. During this encounter M. Hendricks was yelling a screaming profanity directed at me. I was able to secure M. Hendricks in handcuffs and she was placed inside patrol vehicle 805. My encounter with M. Hendricks was captured on my BWC. As Officer J. Miller was attempting to handcuff K. Hendricks, she proceeded to stiffening her arms and pull away from him. Due to her actions K. Hendricks was escorted to the ground and placed under arrest. This encounter was captured on Officer J. Miller`s BWC. Based on the facts above, Monica Hendricks was charged with one count of Trespass after warning pursuant to F.S.S. 810.08(1), one count of Resisting with Violence pursuant to F.S.S. 843.01, one count of Disorderly Intoxication pursuant to F.S.S. 856.011, and one count of Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer pursuant to F.S.S. 784.07.
