On February 15, 2024, at 2212 hours, I arrested and charged Monica § Hendricks (W/F DOB:
02/16/1962) with one count of Trespass after warning pursuant to F.S.S. 810.08(1), one
Count of Resisting with Violence pursuant to F.5.S. 843.01, ono count of Disorderly
Intoxication pursuant to F.S.5. 856.011, and one count of Battery on & Law Enforceent
Officer pursuant to F.S.5. 794.07. The details are as follows;
At approxinately 2212 hours, Officer J. Miller and I responded to the Four Seasons Hotel
located at 2600 5. Ocean BLvd in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made
contact with Four Seasons Security Officer Cerissa Berrios who stated that the above
Defendant (Monica Hendricks) along with her daughter Co-DEF Kelly Hendricks, who were
both heavily intoxicated were causing a disturbance in the lobby ares of tho Four
Seasons Hotel. Berrios stated that M. Hendricks and her daughter K. Hendricks were
yelling profanities and making verbal threats at hotel Staff in front of numerous hotel
guests. Berrios roquosted that both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks be trespassed from the
Four Seasons Hotel. Four Seasons Hotel Manager Angel Ding confirmed that they wanted
both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks trespassed froa the hotel
Upon making contact with M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks, I observed both M. Hendricks and
K. Hendricks to be highly intoxicated, Their speach was slurred and the odor of alcohol
was emanating fron their breath. Both were yelling and acting disorderly in front of
hotel staff and hotel guests. I inforned both i. Hendricks and K. Hendricks that the
Four Seasons Hotel wanted thea trespassed from the hotel property dus to their
disorderly behavior. Both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks were asked to laave the property
several tines, but both refused to leave. I informed both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks
that if they refused to leave the hotel property they would be placed under arrest for
trespassing. Both still refused to leave the property. After additional verbal warnings
woro issued, both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks continued to refuse to leave the
property. Both M. Hendricks and K. Hendricks were pigbed under arrest for Traspass after
