Construction Update Manhattanville in West Harlem Campus Plan Construction Activities for the Next Two Weeks C olumbia’s long-term plan for the old Manhattanville manufacturing area will revitalize the four former industrial blocks from 125th/129th to 133rd Street between Broadway and 12th Avenue, and three small blocks along the east side of Broadway from 131st to 134th Street, into an environmentally sustainable and publicly accessible center for academic and civic life woven into the fabric of the West Harlem community. Construction Activities for the Weeks of: October 2, 2017 and October 9, 2017 What is happening Jerome L. Greene Science Center  Guard booth installation along W.130th Street Lenfest Center for the Arts  Currently no ongoing external work The Forum         Electrical roughing at the below-grade level, street-level space, and second level Precast installation is substantially complete. Precast punchlist work is ongoing. Installing store front frames at street-level space and curtain wall hardware at levels two and three Mechanical and plumbing roughing at the below-grade, first, and second levels Masonry installation of auditorium walls at level two Pour mechanical pads and prime walls at below-grade level Pulling cable at W.129th Street utilities Work to take place on Saturdays for the remainder of the year Open Space: Small Square and site work on W129th, W130th and Broadway around Jerome L.
