I try so hard not to contact you but it just builds up and eventually I break down and reach out. Then after I feel horrible for troubling you. It is not a good cycle and I want to stop it. I think the best way is for me to write to you. Write out my thoughts, feelings, ideas. Share them with you the best I can. Of course if it is better for you then you can simply ignore my messages. Let them sit and someday if you are ever interested you can read them. I'm not looking for or expecting a response. I'm doing this so that by letting out my feelings slowly and calmly I can keep from losing it' when my insecurities, passions, or pride overwhelm me. I hope this is ok. I hope you understand. I am going to write mails to you but I do not expect you to respond or even read. No more text messages or crazy calls. I promise. Writing like this should make it easier for me and relieve you from any responsibility or contact. You can simply ignore me. So...
