Trading accts paper with banks completed (rich?)but need Idb to sign poa and then we submit to jpm/db. (There will be an admin lag as they do some "know your customer" review. In addition, need Idb to sign docs tht (a) remove me as managing director of elysium to make certain I get the family office exemption on being an investment advisor and (b) sign investment manager agreement that freezes Idb's ability to revoke my trading authority on less than 65 days notice (strongly suggested by PW to protect leon and apollo re: apollo compliance requirements). 2. 2014 filings on trck for june. (Rich?),ie, custom house and taxes on topco, midco,acquisition tho note we are cleaning up debt/preferred stock conflict and financials will show preferred stock ownership since thts what the underlying paper supports.
