My only concern would be tail strikes, if it does not interfere with final approach to landing zone, meaning we
don't have to fly over the building before landing, it would be ok.
I'm visualizing a building on the north side of road. even if it was close to final approach would be fine, the
visibility of the main rotor blades is good from the cockpit, of course it will be a well it area, that would help for
the midnight arrivals.
