To refresh your memory, it's up on our web site, under Vacation Villas, the property name is Villamar. You want to rent, September 15 — end of March 2010. Rate is $3,500/month plus utilities Rent includes maid service twice/month to be arranged with housekeeper and Mary. Additional maid service can be provided at an additional cost TBD. We will install a cable box in the master bedroom. The condo is rented November 19-12/01 (12 nights) so you will have a rental credit for November of $1,404, along with prorata credit for all utilities. You can vacate the morning of the 19th and be back in the unit late afternoon on December In. The condo is rented December 20 — January 7 (18 nights), so you will have a rental credit of $2,106 along with prorata credit for all utilities.
