Some of the responsive documents reference Tartaglione. At this point, the team that is prosecuting the MCC guards has decided to withhold all of the pages that reference Tartaglione as potentially interfering with their prosecution. If their case ends before Tartaglione's trial finished, though, we will need to consider whether those documents need to be held back to prevent interference with our case. I don't think there's anything for us to do right now on this, but I wanted to put it on your radar. EFTA00087603
