BLUF: While media coverage of the Jeffrey Epstein case references a 'client list, investigators did not locate such a list during the course of the investigation. However, there were three items that were uncovered, which are attached digitally, and I will explain each below. 1. Flight logs (attachment #1): On or about 02/07/2020, Agents interviewed David Rodgers, a pilot and an employee of Epstein for about 29 years. Flight logs (attachment #1): On or about 02/07/2020, Agents interviewed David Rodgers, a pilot and an employee of Epstein for about 29 years. During this interview, Agents obtained a flight log, dated from approximately April 1991 to January 2006. Rodgers stated he created and maintained these flight logs, which were not required for his job as a pilot, and they were separate from the flight manifest. Rodgers always kept passenger logs, including passenger lists, for every job he had in order to keep up to date on his FAA rating. Further details of the interview may be found in serial 398 of case file SOD-NY-3027571. These flight logs were utilized on or about 10/07/2020 during the interview/proffer of Larry Visoski, a pilot and an employee of Epstein from 1991 until 2019. A digital copy of the flight logs was attached to this interview and details may be found in serial 566. The flight logs were used as a trial exhibit (minor victims' names were redacted from the public). 2. Masseuse list (attachment #2): The masseuse list was intended to be used as a trial exhibit during the Maxwell trial but it was not ultimately used. This list was located on one of Epstein's digital devices seized from his Manhattan residence in or around July 2019. The names listed are believed to be women and girls, some of which were identified as minors, who were contacted by Epstein, Maxwell, and his staff to massage Epstein. 3. Little black book (attachment #3): In 2009, this black book was seized by FBI Miami-Palm Beach RA during the course of their investigation 72-MM-113327 which was initiated after a former Epstein employee was attempting to sell documents associated with Epstein. It is an address book that included identified minors under "massage". Sections of this book were a trial exhibit (minor victims' names were redacted from the public).
