I told to contact me if they should attempt to contact her again(as well as providing her the option of making a formal complaint to the local police department) I am still sorting through statement. The NY agent actually was going to speak with her again last night. I hope to have answers for you tomorrow re the Indictment. called and said that he was subpoenaed for the State trial which is set for the beginning of July 2008.
