Liquid Funding was initially 4o percent owned by Bear Smarms. Through the help of the mat
reedng_wocies — Standard & Poor`., Bitch Ratings and Moody's Investors Service — the now
bundled securities were able to be created for companies so that they got a gold-plated MA rating.
The ;mph-Kinn of such complex securities, because of their inaccurate ratings, led to the collapse of
Bear Stearns in .M.arch 2098 and. set in motion the financial Oafs of 2opy-7200§. and the
subsequent Great Recession. If Liquid Funding were left holding large amounts of such securities
as collateral, it could have lost large amounts of money.r6Wil

Secretary and Mintsterfor Fisheries in the Tonldn Liberal Government from March 198.2 until the ALP victory in
the state election in November of that year. David Tonkin resigned from Parliament, and Olsen defeated Dean
Brown in a ballot for leadership of the party. As Leader of the Opposition in the South Australian Parliament, he
contested and lost the 1986 and 1980 state elections against Labor Premier John Bannon. Following the defeat
,_9f November 1989, in which his party obtained more than flit, per cent of the two-party preferred vote. Olsen
indicated that he would accept nomination for the Senate vacancy to be caused by the impending resignation of
Senator Tony Messner. He resigned as Leader in January 1990, and resigned his seat in the House of
Assembly immediately before being chosen for the vacancy by a Joint sitting of the Houses of the SA Parliament
t on 7 May 1890; he was sworn in the Senate on the following day.[1]
..Olserre first speech, delivered on 21 May 192Q, called for increased unity for a 'fragmented and nervous nation'.
He criticised the regulatory duplication that characterised federal and state administration of health, education
and housing, and urged the restructuring of the economy through privatisation and the deregulation of financial
and labour markets, to create an environment Where freedom and incentive are the basics'.
He raised the Issue of the maladministration of the Murray-Darling and the impact this was having on South
Australia:
a LI

And he addressed Immigration issues, arguing that migrants should be encouraged to settle in places other than
the east coast, that they should be obliged to become citizens, and to take English language courses j2)
An experienced parliamentarian, during his brief time in the Senate Olson made 'articulate and forceful, and, at
times, emotional' contributions to debate. Ha spoke often on the state of the economy, particularly its effect on
small business and rural communities, and referring frequently to the situation in his home state.

After the election, Marshall continued to lead the Liberals in opposition.12°1 Former Liberal leader

support for the government(21) Following the death of Such and the subsequent 2014 Fisher by-
election which Labor won by five votes from a 7.3% 2PP swing away from the Liberals, Labor
went from minority to majority government. Brock and Hamilton-Smith maintained their
confidence and suppiy support for the government which provided a 26 to 21 parliamentary
majority.

The 2013 state election was held on 17 March. The July to September 2014 Newspoll had seen
Labor begin to lead the Liberals on the two-party-preferred vote for the first time since 2009.(231
The October to December 2015 Newspoll saw Marshall's leadership approval rating drop 11
points to 30%, the equal lowest Newspoll approval rating in history for a South Australian
Opposition Leader since Dale Baker in 1990.12411251i261 At the election, Marshall again faced
Weatherill and Labor which were seeking a record fifth term in office and the "wild card" centrist

party, SA-Best, led by formefSenator Nick Xenophon, Who was seeking the balance of power in
•the Assembly. The 2016 electoral redistribution had given the Liberals an advantage of 27 seats
to Labor's 20 seats heading into the election.

Dear
In light of recent deliveries we just wanted to confirm the functions of this office —we are here to advocate for
changes to legislation and to assist in constituents dealing with bureaucracy. We have been pleased to assist you
with regard to the latter in your complaint with health care.
While Fraser appreciates you keeping him informed of your other ventures he does have limited time to consider
-At. all of your correspondence tespeclally with a heavily pregnant partner and his first child on the wayaWith the
greatest of respect, it would assist the workflow of this office if you could make an effort to limit correspondence to
indirect relation to the two primary functions of this office. If you have any queries in relation to legislative change
or bureaucratic challenges please reach out to the office.
Sincerely,
Narungga Electorate Office Team

Relocated followin detention Glenside Mental Health Facility from Port Pirie to parents
home
till on medication prescribed by SACAT for falsified
diagnosis of Schizophrenia, side effects of medication - Suicidal Tendencies
I was under the impression that the illegal targeting and activity was confined to Port Pirie
and revolved around the contesting of the Intellectual property Theft of the Medical
Business Plan and M.S.I.C, communication tool developed between the years of 2006 - 2012.
I believed that the targeting involved Roger Kirchner, Michael Fetherstonhaugh and Dr
Kajani all residing in Port Pirie. I received a denial of investigation and the activity from
I.C.A.0 2016 - 2017 and believed that I could not take the matter any further and that the
activity that had ceased following relocation had ceased due to the relocation to Kadina.
I packed away the evidence and stopped contesting and reporting the illegal activity and
Intellectual Property Theft and continued to rebuild my life and my work on the book
development. I gained employment in the local area of Kadina and sought a publishing
contract for my book which I had completed in 2018. Refer to letter - Austin Macauley
Publishers, London 28th March 20181 approval of manuscript and contract 2018.
I then proceeded to work on a second book development as my intention was to turn the
hook into a three part series, which I succeeded in obtaining a contract on the second book
with Austin macauley Publishers, London in 2019. Refer to letter - Austin Macauley
Publishers, London / approval of manuscript and contract 17th February2020.

GOTH iNCOWEID,
hird Lawyer Contact : 18th February 2016 - Seeking Legal Representation
David Prendergast, Prendergast Lawyers, Kadina
Following the withdrawn representation of Heidi Salvemini, Westside Lawyers, Port Pirie I sought
the legal representation of David Prendergast, Prendergast Lawyers, Kadina on the 18th February
2016 I attended this appointment in Kadina, which was made by my parents David and Cynthia
following informing them of the threat I had received from Heidi Salvemini of using her
authority to have me detained in an institution and that I had withdrawn her representation. My
father had driven to Port Pine on the 18th February 2016 and drove me to the offices of Westside
Lawyers and the Port Pirie Medical Centre to personally deliver the letters of withdrawn
representation and Authority, before driving me to Kadina to attend the appointment with David
Prendergast, Prendergast Lawyers, Kadina.
During the initial appointment with David Prendergast we discussed the police charges and my
withdrawn representation of Heidi Salvemini, Westside Lawyers. I was informed by David Pren-
dergast that I would have to sign a Authority document to have my file released from Westside
Lawyers into his possession, of which I agreed.
Refer to email contact dated 18th February 2016
Refer to document Authority - Authorise and request Westside Lawyers, Port Pirie to transfer my
file to Prendergast Lawyers
21st February 2016 - Email contact
Following the initial appointment with David Prendergast, Prendergast Lawyers, Kadina I sent an
email containing attachments in regards to the police targeting and illegal activity that had
occurred over a five year period for his consideration and view.

Second appointment - Kadina
MOTheR
MAC
Following the initial appointment I attended one more appointment with David Prendergast, Pren-
dergast Lawyers, Kadina to discuss the case further and course of action.
During this appointment my mother attended for the first part and then left the room so that I could
talk in more detail with the lawyer. During this discussion and as soon as my mother left the I
informed David Prendergast of the Sexual Targeting that had been occurring in Port Pirie and how
distressing it had been and I felt that the police were involved, and the charges were related to
police targeting. David Prendergast replied "That would make anyone change sides" (in reference
to becoming a lesbian). I found this comment to be sexually offensive and unusual coming from a
Legal Professional.
David Prendergast then proceeded to inform me that he would download documents of his flash
drive (USB) and asked me to view the documents so that he could explain the meaning of them.
I stood up from my chair and walked around to his side of the office desk to view the documents.
As 1 walked around to the other side of the desk David Prendergast started to look my body up and
down, as if undressing me with his eyes, it was very sexual in nature and made me feel very
uncomfortable in his presence.
As David Prender
ailed the ash dr
into is co
rn
puterio down load the documents I
sighted the name 'R BY" only one name, no surname as a heading of a file on his flash drive,
which struck me as o
and suspicious instantly, as I had recently reported an incident in Port Pirie
to RSPCA of suspected human rape of my family dog named RUBY, which occurred while I was
absent from the home and Ruby was with my youngest son Corey. At that time I was dating Paul
Gardner, of which when I informed Paul Gardner about my suspicions and that Ruby was in a lot
ie.,'
of pain and her genitals were disfigured and extremely swollen. Paul Gardner made the comment:
->
"Midgets and animal sex". One week following this comment a small person (midget) entered the
Central Hotel in Port Pirie and stood next to me smiling, smugly.

The day before I met Paul Gardner I had said in the privacy of my *min home/bedroom:
"It's not like I'm going to meet any body while I'm doing the shopping and paying the bills is
it"
I was griping to myself as I had been isolated and was lonely. I was unaware that the
isolation had been caused by the interference / illegal activity conducted by the targeting or
that I was a victim of targeting and sexual targeting at that time.
Paul Gardner was in the Coles supermarket, Port Pink at the precise moment that I was in
there and made an attempt to attract my attention and pursue me. He was standing at the
end of an isle as I rounded the other isle and walked into the one where he was standing as if
waiting for someone. - Access to Government Illegal Surveillance being used to Sexually

Paul Gardner had stated , You could fetch $200.00 on the market
AD202
I had frowned puzzled as to the meaning of the comment and questioned the content as to his
meaning. I had not been spoken to like that before and had not understood the meaning of the
comment.
"1Nhat ? ", I replied questioning the content of the comment.
Paul Gardner, Port Germain had replied, " You know, on the market, a high class hooker ".
I was shocked at the comment and instantly insulted and offended and stood up from off of the
table setting and waked away to stand next to the glass panel separating the beer garden from
the fish pond in the separated area of the beer garden. I stood bewildered and silent for a
moment and thought about leaving the establishment and Paul Gardner at that moment.
I could not comprehend the insulting comment as I had never heard a comment like that before or
had never been propositioned with such distaste.
62015>
After that moment I had thought about what Paul Gardner, Port Germain had said about his
inappropriate humour and had thought maybe he was trying to rouse me up, stirring.
I returned to the table setting and once again questioned the comment.
I stated to Paul Gardner, " You've got to be kidding right ", " No way", with a questioning puzzled
look upon my face.
Paul Gardner, Port Germain had said that it was just a joke to stir me up - bad sense of humour
and that he didn't mean anything by It. Paul Gardner told me to relax as I sat quite tense within
the situation. We continued dining before retuming to the Port Germain residence.
Within the next month while staying at Paul Gardner's Port Germain residence with his sor=
the weekend which had become a regular occurrence, Paul Gardner and I were
sitting together near the back door of the premise, Paul on the back door steps and I on a chair in
close proximity , about an arms length distance away sharing a glass of red wine together. Paul
Gardner, :Port Germain had made the comment, " I have something to tell you ", " I have a friend
named Jessica who comes and stays with me quite often".
Paul Gardner, Port Germain had continued to explain that he had met Jessica on an online dating
site, POF and they had formed a friendship but it wasn't sexual as Jessica was a lesbian and he
did not have any feelings for her and that she was a bad mother and could not be trusted.
During this conversation which had shocked me to it's revelation of admittance as I believed at
that moment that Paul Gardner was having a secret affair with this woman behind my back as I
had developed feelings for him within the time of us sharing together.
I believed that I was in a relationship with Paul Gardner .
Paul Gardner, Port Germain had then made the comment, " And the government has ordered you
to be placed into prostitution and I make the most from your sons ".
" What, I suppose Jessica won't be coming to our wedding then ".
I went into instant shock and an instant anxiety of overwhelming fear as my child Corey
McDiarmid was home alone , 17 years of age and sat in fearful shock and silent for a moment not
knowing what to do. " Oh my god no, Corey ", "I've got to get home right now', ran through my

I sat terrified at the statement concerning my sons before quickly raising to my feet and rushed

possessions were placed.
Paul Gardner, Port Germain rushed into the house behind me.
" I'm going home ", I said quietly, terrified within that moment as I reached for my handbag.
As I grabbed my handbag Paul Gardner grabbed me and wrapped his arms around me tightly in a

Vincent informed me that he only had professional relationships with his colleagues and that
he did not get on personal levels with them.
Vincent changed his passwords on his phone and tablet when I confronted him about his
behaviour with other women and what I had read.
Vincent portrayed himself as being the one targeted once I had informed him of this activity

Diversion to confuse the mind to cover up the truth that he was the one targeting me - I was
