Dear Fraser Ellis MP,
I am contacting you to Thank you for your letter dated 27th November 2023 regarding the submitted Invitation to the
new development in your community that i am currently developing, ISPY.SUPPORT.
I would like to extend my appreciation for your valuable advice regarding the material in the booklet submitted and
your encouragement and support that you have shown as ISPY.SUPPORT being a welcomed service in this area. I
would also like to thank you for your compliment in saying this development and what i am trying to achieve is
"Commendable", as a victim of crime to use this experience in my life as a positive step to work towards helping
others who may need the extended hand of help from others, and to develop a service that does just that as an
advisory service, in order to prevent people from slipping through the cracks and simplify the system for them as a
navigation tool and service in this area.
I appreciate your support and thank you very much for all the information you have provided and the advice, of which i
have followed correctly.
I have attached a reviewed and revised booklet for your view and would appreciate any further advice you could
provide if it is required in order to provide the correct information to participants of the invitation and the public.
I am asking your permission and authority to include your name and office in the Government acknowledgement
section of the booklet and would appreciate your advice or authority to submit this booklet to the Premier of South
Australia who has also acknowledged this development as the final version containing your support.
Please inform me via letter or email of your preference.
Once again i thank you for the support.

I write in response to your correspondence of 14/11/23 detailing your interest In developing
a not-for-profit support organisation and trauma centre on Yorke Peninsula. Your endeavour
to directly assist and support victims of crime, trauma, abuse and grief is commendable, as
is your clearly demonstrated passion for community service.
I confirm the Narungga electorate office regularly serves people seeking direction to
government services that may assist with reporting and recovery from illegal activities,
suspected or experienced, including fraud, scams, theft, and physical and emotional abuse

welcome.

Liquid Funding was initially so percent owned by Bear Stearns. Through the help of the credit
rating agencies — Standard & Poor's, Fitch Ratings and Moody's investors Service — the new
bundled securities were able to be created for companies so that they got a gold-plated AAA rating.
The implosion of such complex securities, because of their inaccurate ratings, led to the collapse of
}Bear Stearns in March 2008 and set in motion the financial crisis of 2007--2008 and the
subsequent Great Recession. If Liquid Funding were left hold:mg large amounts of such securities

following a boundary redistribution in 1985 he became the member for Custance. Olsen served as Chief
Secretary and Minister for Fisheries In the Tonkin Liberal Government from March 1982 until the ALP victory In
the state election In November of that year. David Tonkin resigned from Parliament, and Olsen defeated Dean
Brown in a ballot for leadership of the patty. As Leader of the Opposition in the South Australian Parliament, he
contested and lost the 1986 and 1989 state elections against Labor Premier John Bannon. Following the defeat
of November 1989, in which his party obtained more than fitly per cent of the two-party preferred vote, Olsen
indicated that he would accept nomination for the Senate vacancy to be caused by the impending resignation of
Senator Tony Messner. He resigned as Leader in January 1990, and resigned his seat in the House of

:.'Olsen's first speech, delivered on 21 May 1999, called for increased unity for a 'fragmented and nervous nation'.
' He criticised the regulatory duplication that characterised federal and state administration of health, education
'and housing, and urged the restructuring of the economy through privatisation and the deregulation of financial
and labour markets, to create an environment Where freedom and incentive are the basics'.
Ile raised the issue of the maladministration of the Murray-Darling and the impact this was having on South
Australia:
1 i3
... the hear₹ of Australia is being let to die. its main artery is clogged with the salinity and pollution of the
States through Atli It passes, with my State of South Austraffa ... condemned by a political inertia to
being in effect the sewer of Australia.
And he addressed immigration issues, arguing that migrants should be encouraged to settle in places other than
the east coast that they should be obliged to become citizens, and to take English language courses.(2)
An experienced parliamentarian, during his brief time in the Senate Olson made 'articulate and forceful, and, at
times, emotional' contributions to debate. He spoke often on the state of the economy, particularly its effect on
small business and rural communities, and referring frequently to the situation in his home state.
