For 10F and I0C and 8H - let me know exactly what you will be doing in the renovation. I do have Penn available and as long as we are clear upfront on the scope of work it can be done immediately. Next week Penn will have guys available and would be able to start on 8H ( but again, you really need to be clear and have all materials prior to starting.
