Memorandum To: Jeffrey Epstein From: Emad Hanna Re: LSJ Project # 104 (100 Puerto Rican Tall Palm Trees) Date: 05-17-05 Bryan's Nursery reported none of their sources could locate any trees larger than 6 to 8 feet tall. I contacted Randy from Plant Dynamics our supplier in Florida and asked him to see what he can do for us. He was also unable to locate any of those trees and he stressed the importance of being extremely careful of mixing these Puerto Rican trees with the existing trees on LSJ due to the Lethal Yellowing Disease that could infect the whole island. Randy does have right now about 30 trees with 20 feet of wood (4 Maypan and the rest are Green Malayan) which he could have ready for shipping in about 2 weeks and he can fill the rest of your request within a six to eight week period after that. His normal rate is $75 to $80 per foot, however I was able to get him to commit to me at $70 per foot. I am trying to get him to send me a photo of the trees.
