Proposal Zorro Ranch 04/12/13 OPTION II We propose to provide and install new components to the existing ICXNCP 1000 Pure IP Panasonic Telephone System at your location to include: 3 — ICX NCP 0158 IP Cell stations, can serve 8 cordless phones per station 7 — TD 7696 Ruggedized IP cordless telephones, can move signal between above cell stations 3 — 5 port POE switches I — lot labor to install and program Available as follows: Labor $800.00 Materials $6,875.00 Total Cost $7,675.00, plus tax Proposal includes complete installation to an existing CAT 5e cable plant*, system programming, staff training, and a two year in-field parts and one year labor warranty on telephone equipment. Proposal excludes any phone company or long distance carrier company responsibilities. (Any system programming will be performed at no charge for 30 days after installation.)
