I will address all of your questions in this one message, and as always feel free to ask if anything is not covered here. To summarize your position in regards to admission at Berkeley Law I see that you have submitted the admission response form but not yet the deposit payment. After that you an -rvsssh Non-Immigrant Information Form (Nff ) to request your 1-20 document. With that document you can apply for your student visa. It is required that all students enter the country on their student visa, and students should not enter the country on a tourist visa with the intent to undertake studies. We do not have the exact final amount of tuition fees for summer 2016 yet, but the estimate is $27,250 USD. Once we receive your deposit we will apply it to your account, so the approximate amount due will be $26,250. That amount will be billed in mid to late April, and due by May 15th.
