Ft. but they can easily provide a custom design, which I'm assuming you would want. What type of spaces or uses do you think you want? Living Room? Bedroom? Bathroom? Small Kitchen? We could probably design & build it on the same footprint as the existing Kite House & deck, thereby keeping the pool and landscaping intact. Any thoughts? P.S.
