We write to inform you of our intention to file suit on behalf of Mort against AliphCom and its principals, Mr. Hosain Rahman and Mr. Andrew Lindsay. We have attached a draft complaint alleging that AliphCom, Mr. Rahman, and Mr. Lindsay fraudulently induced Mort to purchase and hold more than $11 million in AliphCom securities.
