Construction Proposal Quantum Vision Construction LLC 8168 Crown Bay Marina Suite 505 PMB 260 St. Thomas, VI 00802 January 21', 2018 Owner: LSJE Project: Asphalt Pathways Paving Works Little St. James Island, VI SCOPE OF WORK: • Prepare and grade existing sub base • Eradicate and remove weeds and organic material from existing sub base. • Compact sub base to insure stability • Spread and compact 3 inches of owner-supplied aggregate base material • Apply Tack Coat prior to asphalt concrete placement • Place new 2-inch asphalt concrete pathway Little St. James Island, VI SPECIAL CONDITIONS: • LS) will remove, secure, and replace all stone and other border edges. • LS] will provide all ferry services and vehicular and equipment barging services to and from Little St. James Island. • Aggregate base will be supplied by owner. • Care will be taken throughout this project to minimally impact all existing areas on Little St. James Island that is not a part of this project. However, it is understood that some damage will occur to existing landscaped areas and contractor will not be responsible for replacement of these damaged areas while implementing normal construction procedures.
