ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S RENEWED MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER RELATING TO HIS DEPOSITION THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the Plaintiff's Renewed Motion for Protective Order Relating to His Deposition, and the Court having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is denied. However, the Defendant/Counter-Claimant, BRADLEY J. EDWARDS, may not use as a basis for further deposition of the Plaintiff the fact that his Counterclaim is not at issue at present. Furthermore, the Court does not rule on any "privilege" issues and counsel should raise those objections at the time of the deposition. If the Plaintiff believes that the deposition is proceeding in a bad faith manner or discovery is attempted in regard to issues which are either burdensome, oppressive or merely harassing, Plaintiff has the right to his remedies pursuant to Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, including but not limited to terminating the deposition and seeking a protective order as to specific questions in the deposition.
