Costs
1. House
The total costs for one House will be CHF 200'000.00 all included. Excluded are wishes
such as, refurnishing and technical equipment.
2. Houses
The total costs for 2 Houses will be CHF 350'000.00 all included. Excluded are wishes
such as, refurnishing and technical equipment.
Service
For a frictionless service we will provide the following staff, which will be obligatory
present during your stay at the villa:

1 Chef de Service

1 Cook
•
2 Waitress / cleaning maid
Payment
The payment has to be made in advanced until the end of December. Did we not receive
the payment we will not allow anyone to enter the house.
