I'm also a NYC criminal defense attorney, and I wondered why the FBI did not execute simultaneous warrants in Palm Beach, New Mexico and USVI. Yesterday, of course, it was reported that the FBI executed a search warrant on the USVI location. There is evidence on the internet potentially pointing at spoilation of evidence and/or obstruction of justice. As you know, Epstein was arrested on 7/6/19. This link @ 1:50 et seq shows clearly the presence of a computer in one of the buildings. The same drone pilot also posted video to You Tube on other days. As you can see from the second link, in the video posted to You Tube on 8/3/19 (before the FBI raid), at 1:03, the same room is pictured but no computer is visible. If the FBI did not raid the island until 8/12/19, the disappearance of the computer is problematic. There are many comments on You Tube about this already, and if the movement of the computer is unknown to the FBI, you should investigate. It is, in any event, highly suspicious that one day after Epstein's arrest, somebody is moving a computer. The optics of this are extremely troubling. The only party who could have a legitimate interest in moving the computer shortly after Epstein's arrest would be his legal team, if they believed there was exculpatory evidence on it.
