(NY) On 08/02/2019, at 9:04:55 AM Eastern Time, Michael Charest, date of birth called the FBI National Threat Operations Center (NTOC) to report suspicious activity by Merwin Last Namc Unknown (LNU), spelling unknown, an Epstein employee, before and after the July 6th raid. Charest provided the following information: Charest has worked as a doorman for twenty five years. Charest is employed by which manages an apartment building located at near Epstein's building. Charest has heard about some suspicious activity by Merwin, an Epstein associate or employee. Three weeks prior to the 07/06/2019 raid, Mervin requested the superintendent, Frank Pomponi, approximate age 63, cut the lock off a small gate at the back of property for "fire safety" reasons. On 07/07/2019, Mervin requested to exit through Building 32B in order to avoid the press. When Mervin exited, between 11 am and I pm, he had two rolling suitcases with him. This was witnessed by Charles Tripp, indentifiers unknown, and Ray Luaccs, indentifiers unknown, a doorman and a porter, who are Douglas employees. On this occasion, Mcnvin is seen on video exiting wearing a black backpack and walking with two young women. Charest has viewed this video himself and does not know who was working at that time. Charest does not remember the specific time this occurred. Although it is difficult to see on the video, Charest describes the two young women appeared to be Asian or Pilipino. Charest did not want to speculate as to the ages of the women.
