He was very =tern in is initial position that job is 10O% complete and that a refund =s not an option. He says that he has spent too much time on this =ob and is losing money. He then mentioned that vendors would not =ake equipment back since it was already opened and installed in =ddition to special ordered for this job. I asked him if he was =ealing with one or multiple vendors. He said multiple vendors =hat he was an authorized dealer with. I asked him to tell me what =ach vendors return policy was and he changed the subject so it was =tear that he never called vendors. I told him that he needs to =top acting emotionally and start to be rational as he does not want to =o the legal battle route as he would lose and be permanently =urt. I also told him I would like to help him by calling vendors =ith him or on my own to understand each of their policies so we can =ork this out. I informed him that we need accurate factual =nformation not presumptions. I also told him that there were =nopened boxes at 71st street that we can get immediate funds =or. He said he would like to think about our conversation and =hat he would get back to me. If I do not =ear from him by 4pm I will call him this afternoon. Please =dvise.
