General Alejandro Andrade, head of Venezuela's finances and treasury and also one of Chavez closest friends. 9. Yuchi Cen, rep of the Chinese Gov't in Venezuela in charge of all bilateral agreements. This is just an idea...of the most important people in the country both in the private and Gov't secotr "movers and shakers". My father, Franco D'Agostino, will join us on the trip...he is very influential as he was a key person getting elected Jaime Lusinchi and Carlos Andres Perez as presidents, and he currently has the liscence for the only internet hosting company in Venzeuela.
