She is BY FAR better than the regular `team' person I spoke with after hours on Friday and then again yesterday. I think she can help with hotel in Kyoto (its hard to speak to anyone at the hotel because they are opposite hours of us... the Amex 'over night' team was supposed to email and call both hotels for availability and give word to Natasha)...and yes, i think the train will be easier to do on line...will be in touch tomorrow! On another note, do you and want to share a room at the Grand Hyatt?...we need to make sure they have double beds...and I am not sure about the Kyoto hotel...that may be a twin bed to each room? so you would want 2 rooms...
