House Oversight Hearing Transcript Suggests Potential Abuse Involving Professor Alan Dershowitz and Jeffrey Epstein Connections The passage contains a direct allegation that Professor Alan Dershowitz may have been involved in sexual abuse of minors, referencing a 'universe of 24 girls' and linking the lack of cooperation to Jeffrey Epstein. While the source is a rough draft of a House Oversight hearing and lacks concrete evidence (no names, dates, or documented transactions), it identifies a high‑profile legal figure and a notorious financier, providing a clear lead for further investigation into witness testimony, subpoena records, and related police reports. Key insights: Witness claims Dershowitz may have abused up to 24 minor girls.; Reference to Jeffrey Epstein as a barrier to cooperation.; Use of 'massage' as a code word for sexual abuse in police reports.

If I understand you correctly, you said in that answer question -- strike that. If I understood you correctly, you said in that answer that there was a universe of 24 girls I believe you said or approximately, that Professor Dershowitz may or may not have abused; is that your position? A. That's correct. It's been impossible to narrow down exactly what happened because of lack of cooperation from, for example, Jeffrey Epstein. Q. If as of December 30th, 2014, based on your information, Professor Dershowitz may or may not have abused other minors, why did you allege that he did? A. Your question, as I understood it, was did I know the name of the particular girl that he may or may not have alleged -- I'm sorry -- did I know the name of the particular girl that he may have abused. And I couldn't get the exact name, but what I had was Mr. Dershowitz receiving massages in a time when, according to the police report, massage was a code word for sexual abuse of underage girls. Q. And so was it your understanding as of ROUGH DRAFT ONLY

Discovery Dispute Over Alan Dershowitz's Document Control in Defamation Suit

Discovery Dispute Over Alan Dershowitz's Document Control in Defamation Suit The passage outlines a procedural battle over production of documents and metadata in a defamation case involving Alan Dershowitz. While it flags potential evidence that could expose communications or internal materials, it lacks concrete details about the content, dates, or parties beyond the litigants, limiting immediate investigative value. However, the mention of “control” and alleged refusal to produce metadata could merit follow‑up to determine what information is being withheld and whether it relates to broader controversies surrounding Dershowitz. Dershowitz seeks to seal Giuffre affidavit in Edwards‑Cassell defamation case, claims media attacks are fabricated

Dershowitz seeks to seal Giuffre affidavit in Edwards‑Cassell defamation case, claims media attacks are fabricated The passage hints at a possible concealment of evidence in a high‑profile defamation dispute involving Alan Dershowitz, a prominent attorney, and references the infamous Giuffre allegations. While it names well‑known legal figures, it provides no concrete financial transactions, dates, or new factual revelations beyond already public claims, limiting its investigative utility. However, the suggestion that a court record may be sealed to hide potentially damaging testimony offers a moderate lead for further document‑review and freedom‑of‑information requests. Key insights: Dershowitz requests the court to declare portions of Ms. Giuffre’s affidavit confidential.; He publicly denies the allegations on BBC Radio 4, framing them as a coordinated false‑story campaign.; Dershowitz threatens perjury prosecution against accusers and seeks disbarment of opposing counsel.
