And so Brunel's deposition is set and then he -- he finagles out of it, too. I don't recall exactly what his excuse was, but, you know, evaded the deposition and in fact, later information came to light he was hiding out in the mansion of Epstein while he's claiming he's unavailable for deposition. So -- so this pattern of Mr. Dershowitz, you know, there were three attempts to obtain information from him, if that's all I had, I guess that would have been one thing. But what I had was a pattern of people who were implicated in the sex trafficking ring evading questions, you know, quite in violation of court orders and depositions and things -- I shouldn't say court orders -- in violation of the deposition notices that were being sent and agreements being made through counsel . And then in addition to that, I had this, so why -- why would you think that there's this sex trafficking, you know, ring going on? It sounds kind of farfetched. Well, one of the things that I had available to me on December 30th was a photograph that was widely available on the Internet, and that photograph depicted three people. ROUGH DRAFT ONLY

Jeffrey Epstein communications reveal alleged police payoffs, modeling‑agency trafficking links, and possible DA leniency

Jeffrey Epstein communications reveal alleged police payoffs, modeling‑agency trafficking links, and possible DA leniency The passage compiles a range of specific allegations – cash payments to Palm Beach police, a $1 million wire to Jean‑Luc Brunel’s offshore account, recruitment of under‑age girls via the MC2 modeling agency, and claims that Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance Jr. ignored housing‑guideline rules for a Level‑3 sex offender. These details provide concrete leads (names, amounts, dates, agencies) that could be followed up with FOIA requests, financial record analysis, and interviews with law‑enforcement officials. While many claims repeat publicly known narratives, the inclusion of alleged police donations, the $100 k police equipment grant, and the DA’s alleged inaction add new investigative angles, raising moderate controversy and sensitivity. Key insights: Epstein allegedly gave $100,000 to the Palm Beach Police Department for equipment, then was asked to return it.; A $1 million wire transfer to Jean‑Luc Brunel’s offshore account in September 2004 is cited as a possible back‑door investment in the MC2 modeling agency.; Staff members were reportedly instructed to keep $2,000 cash on hand for recruiting girls and paying them for massages.

Jeffrey Epstein non‑prosecution agreement, DOJ involvement, and alleged pressure on investigators

Jeffrey Epstein non‑prosecution agreement, DOJ involvement, and alleged pressure on investigators The passage links a high‑profile billionaire (Jeffrey Epstein) to a secretive DOJ non‑prosecution agreement, mentions senior Florida officials (State Attorney Barry Krischer, Palm Beach Police Chief Reiter), and suggests possible interference by powerful lawyers and private investigators. It provides concrete leads – draft 53‑page indictment, $1 million payment to modeling agency MC2, and surveillance of investigators – that merit further document review and FOIA requests. If verified, these details would expose potential misconduct at the federal and state level, generating major public outcry. Key insights: Draft 53‑page federal indictment that could have carried a 20‑year sentence was prepared but never filed.; Non‑prosecution agreement (NPA) allowed Epstein to plead guilty only to two state misdemeanors despite federal trafficking investigation.; Epstein allegedly paid $1 million to modeling agency MC2 owned by Jean‑Luc Brunel, a known associate.
