Flight logs document Clinton on at least 26 individual flight legs aboard Epstein's Boeing 727 ('Lolita Express') and Gulfstream, though Clinton's spokesperson characterized these as 'four trips' for Clinton Foundation work. Pilot Larry Visoski confirmed Clinton as a passenger during Maxwell trial testimony (November 2021). In September 2002, Clinton took a multi-stop trip across Africa on Epstein's 727 with Kevin Spacey, Chris Tucker, Ghislaine Maxwell, Doug Band, and Chauntae Davies. A separate Asia trip was acknowledged by Clinton's team.

Flight logs show Clinton traveled without his Secret Service detail on at least 5 flight legs. Virginia Giuffre claimed in a deposition that Maxwell piloted Clinton by helicopter to a dinner on Little St. James where Epstein was present, though Clinton, Maxwell, and Epstein himself all denied Clinton ever visited the island. Giuffre never accused Clinton of sexual misconduct.

Epstein's black book listed Clinton with 4 phone numbers; his aide Doug Band was listed with 2. Maxwell told the DOJ in her July 2025 interview that she was 'very central' to the 'startup' of the Clinton Global Initiative, that Clinton was 'my friend, not Epstein's friend,' and that Clinton 'absolutely never went' to the island. Maxwell attended Chelsea Clinton's 2010 wedding and CGI conferences through at least 2013.

Epstein's financial connections to Clinton included a $1,000 donation to his 1992 presidential campaign, $10,000 to the White House Historical Association (1993), and at least $25,000 to the Clinton Foundation in 2006. Epstein emailed NYT reporter Landon Thomas Jr. in January 2015 insisting 'clinton was NEVER EVER there, never' regarding the island allegations. The January 2026 DOJ EFTA release included never-before-seen photos of Clinton with Epstein, references to 'Clinton Trips' in Epstein's photo archives, and a photo described by a DOJ official as showing a shirtless Clinton in a hot tub.
