Epstein's executive assistant for two decades; named co-conspirator with immunity; 92+ flights
Epstein's executive assistant based in New York for approximately two decades, beginning around 2001. Managed Epstein's daily schedule, coordinated travel logistics, arranged meetings, and served as a primary point of contact between Epstein and his network. Multiple victims alleged that Groff scheduled 'massages' involving underage girls at Epstein's properties. ' Named as one of four co-conspirators in the 2008 NPA, receiving immunity from federal sex trafficking charges. Appears on 92+ Epstein flight logs.
In 2019, victim Jennifer Araoz filed a civil lawsuit naming Groff as a facilitator; the case was settled with the Epstein estate. ' The SDNY investigation concluded in December 2021 without criminal charges against Groff.
