Mark Epstein
Jeffrey's brother; 7 black book numbers; owned apartments used to house young women
Jeffrey Epstein's younger brother and a New York City real estate investor. Listed in Epstein's black book with 7 phone numbers — among the highest counts of any entry. S. Virgin Islands. Mark owned apartment units at 301 East 66th Street in Manhattan that, according to court filings and testimony, were used to house young women associated with Epstein.
In a 2009 deposition, Mark acknowledged that models from the MC2 agency (co-founded by Jean-Luc Brunel with Epstein's financing) stayed in his apartments. Virginia Giuffre testified she was brought to Mark's apartment by Epstein. Mark stated he was unaware of any illegal activity in the apartments. He was named in multiple civil lawsuits but has never been criminally charged. After Jeffrey's death in August 2019, Mark publicly questioned the official suicide ruling, hiring his own pathologist Dr.
Michael Baden, who found evidence more consistent with homicide. Mark has advocated for further investigation into the circumstances of his brother's death.
