Born in 1986 in Kosice, Slovakia. According to court filings and victim testimony, Epstein brought Marcinkova to the United States around 1999-2000 as a teenager, reportedly telling associates he had 'purchased' her from her family. Victims described her as being groomed by Epstein and Maxwell, initially as an abuse victim herself before transitioning into an active participant. In a 2010 civil deposition, she invoked her Fifth Amendment rights at least 42 times. Multiple Palm Beach police reports and sworn victim statements describe Marcinkova as participating in sexual acts with underage victims at Epstein's direction.
Named as one of four co-conspirators in the 2008 NPA alongside Sarah Kellen, Adriana Ross, and Lesley Groff, receiving blanket immunity from federal prosecution. Appears on 140+ Epstein flight logs. After obtaining her pilot's license in 2012, she became a certified Gulfstream pilot and FAA flight instructor, piloting Epstein's aircraft including helicopters.
