DS10 DEEP FORENSIC ANALYSIS: EPSTEIN FILES REDACTION DATABASE

Comprehensive Analysis of primary document text database

Database Statistics:
  • redactions table: 1,808,915 rows
  • extracted_entities table: 107,422 rows (49,153 names, 36,187 dates, 7,918 addresses, 6,167 orgs, 3,769 amounts, 3,537 phones, 589 emails, 102 accounts)
  • reconstructed_pages table: 39,588 rows across 11 document types
Analysis Date: 2026-02-05 Analyst: Independent Forensic Researcher Data Source Note: Per REDACTION_TEXT_LAYER_ANALYSIS (Report #93), the "hidden text" in DS10 is predominantly garbled OCR from an invisible Tr=3 text rendering layer placed over scanned document images, not content deliberately concealed beneath PDF redaction annotations. The black boxes visible in these PDFs are baked JPEG pixels, not PDF overlay objects. While the recovery mechanism is OCR-based, the identified content (emails, names, dates, financial figures) is real and has been verified against independent sources throughout subsequent investigations.

1. DEUTSCHE BANK COMPLIANCE FAILURE MAP

1.1 DB Personnel Identified in Redacted Communications

Over 90 unique @db.com email addresses were found through corpus analysis across the Epstein files. The most frequently appearing Deutsche Bank employees:

[email protected] (Bradley Gillin)86
[email protected]33
[email protected]32
[email protected] (Richard Iarossi)22
[email protected] (Kumar Rathore)22
Key Individuals and Roles:
  • Bradley Gillin ([email protected]) -- Appears in EFTAs 01403282, 01418258, 01418337, 01435379, 01435423, 01435391. Active in Epstein account management. A recovered email subject line references "Paul Barrett / Epstein week of 12/11/17 [C]" (EFTA01414264), indicating regular weekly reporting on the Epstein account.
  • Paul Barrett -- An external financial portfolio manager at Alpha Group Capital (Barrett's firm), not a Deutsche Bank employee. Appears 61 times across 55 distinct documents. Subject lines reveal: "Paul Barrett / Epstein week of 11/20 [C]" (EFTA01413919), "Paul Barrett / Epstein week of 12/11/17 [C]" (EFTA01414264, EFTA01433602). These "Epstein week" emails are Barrett's external portfolio management reports sent TO Deutsche Bank, not internal DB reporting. Barrett was managing Epstein's trading activities including FX trades, derivatives, and "Harvest Collateral Yield Enhancement Strategy" (EFTA01388936).
  • Stewart Oldfield -- A key DB account manager. Initially counted at 425 appearances across 324 documents in the redaction-only search, but full text corpus analysis shows Oldfield in 9,602 documents, making him one of the most heavily represented DB personnel in the Epstein files.

1.2 AML/KYC Compliance Unit (CRITICAL)

The email [email protected] -- Deutsche Bank's Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer unit -- appears in EFTA01299281. The context: <[email protected] was found in document text layers. This is the internal compliance address that was supposed to flag suspicious activity.

Additional AML/KYC compliance communications recovered:

  • EFTA01355649: "PWMUS AMLKYC 05/29/2013 11:43 AM" -- AML/KYC activity dated May 2013
  • EFTA01360449: "MMUS AMLKYC: 11/19/2014 09:38 AM" -- AML/KYC activity dated November 2014
  • EFTA01357853: AML Compliance inquiry regarding THE HAZE TRUST -- Vahe Stepanian; Amlcompliance Inq Regarding THE HAZE TRUST. Note: Stepanian was a PWM (Private Wealth Management) banker — he appears in this AML inquiry as the relationship banker being inquired about, not as the compliance officer conducting the inquiry.
  • EFTA01369002: AML Compliance inquiry for "THE HAZE TRUST, Account# N4G024943"

1.3 KYC BREACH -- Southern Financial/Epstein Entities

Significance: SIGNIFICANT

A massive chain of KYC Breach escalation emails was recovered involving Southern Financial (Epstein's entity). The breach was tracked across at least 29 separate documents (EFTA01356960 through EFTA01406955):

Key DB compliance personnel involved in KYC Breach escalation:

  • Akash Malhotra / Shawn Staker -- Initial breach handlers
  • Xavier Avila -- Escalation recipient
  • Mathew Negus / Joe Aglione -- CC'd on escalation
  • Nina Tona / Martin Zeman -- Senior oversight
  • Alka Gopala / Pankaj-A Chopra -- NCAOTC Derivatives involvement

Subject lines recovered: "RE: KYC Breach_SOUTHFINANMD_Southern Financial" -- This confirms DB identified a KYC breach related to Epstein's Southern Financial entity and tracked it through multiple escalation levels. Despite this, the bank continued servicing the account. Subsequent forensic accounting work confirmed that after the KYC breach was documented (beginning April 16, 2018, per EFTA01406955), 50 additional transactions totaling $189M continued flowing through Epstein accounts. Internal emails corroborate the breakdown: EFTA01362456 contains the admission "kyc is not happening," and EFTA01414241 shows an "URGENT - THIRD REQUEST!!!!!" AML escalation that was effectively ignored.

1.4 Deutsche Bank Account Values

From financial records, the Epstein-related DB accounts held staggering values:

These account values confirm Epstein maintained hundreds of millions of dollars across multiple Deutsche Bank accounts.

Previously Reported: Deutsche Bank's $150M fine for Epstein relationship failures was publicly reported. However, the specific internal KYC breach escalation chain, the HAZE TRUST AML inquiry, and the weekly "Epstein" reporting by Paul Barrett have NOT been widely reported with this level of specificity.

`

This single page maps the complete financial topology of Epstein's shell company network at Deutsche Bank, with Darren Indyke's PLLC serving as the legal nexus.

2.3 Wire Transfer Network

Extensive Fedwire records were recovered showing Epstein's money flowing through:

  • Firstbank PR (Puerto Rico) -- Account 221571473, frequent wires (EFTA01482260, 01483362, 01483557)
  • Banco Popular de Puerto Rico -- Multiple transfers (EFTA01483056, 01483299)
  • Bank of Nova Scotia, St. Thomas -- Virgin Islands transfers (EFTA01483531, 01483362)
  • Wachovia Bank -- Multiple transfers (EFTA01483094, 01500739)
  • JP Morgan Chase -- Multiple accounts
  • Emirates Bank International -- Overseas transfer (EFTA01483299)
  • Wells Fargo -- Zorro Development Corp payments (EFTA01482283)

Recipients identified in wire transfers include:

The geographic spread (Puerto Rico, USVI, Miami, international) and the velocity of wire transfers are consistent with a sophisticated money movement operation. Subsequent forensic accounting work (forensic_workbench.db) documented total flows across all Epstein entities exceeding $755M across 186 normalized transactions.

3. ALEXANDER ACOSTA CONNECTION

3.1 Email Communications

Significance: SIGNIFICANT

The email [email protected] ("Acosta, Alex (USAFLS)") appears in 5 distinct EFTA documents:

EFTAContext
------
EFTA00013557"Acosta, Alex (USAFLS)" recipient
EFTA00013559"Acosta, Alex (USAFLS)" recipient
EFTA00013609"To: Acosta Subject: Epstein Documents" -- Direct email about Epstein
EFTA00013723"Acosta, Alex (USAFLS)" recipient
EFTA00013923"From: To: Acosta, Alex (USAFLS)" with Bcc

3.2 Key Documents

EFTA00013609 -- An email dated Friday, September 14, 2007 with subject "Epstein Documents" was sent directly to Acosta. This places direct communication about the Epstein case to the US Attorney during the critical NPA negotiation period. EFTA00013678 -- Email chain: "Acosta, Alex (USAFLS)... RE: Epstein pleads guilty in state court" dated Monday, June 30, 2008 at 2:19 PM. This shows Acosta was receiving updates about Epstein's state plea. EFTA00013749 -- Communication from "Jay Lefkowitz" to Acosta, dated 2007. Lefkowitz was Epstein's defense attorney. EFTA00013754 -- "Acosta, Alex (USAFLS) RE: Epstein... re order to re...rs or not" -- appears to reference a decision about record orders. EFTA00013922 -- "Acosta, Alex (USAFLS) Wednesday November 28 2007... Epstein: Victim N..." -- communication about victim notification during the NPA period. EFTA00027666 -- Critical legal document containing: "Lefkowitz sent a letter to U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta stating, in pertinent part: 'Neither federal agents nor anyone from your Office should contact the identified individuals to inform them of the resolution of the case... violate the confidentiality of the...'"

This confirms Epstein's defense attorney Lefkowitz explicitly demanded Acosta's office NOT inform victims about the NPA, and the office complied. The document further states: "the Office never conferred with the victims about a NPA."

3.3 NPA-Specific Documents

  • EFTA00010577: "Epstein NPA Appendix" -- internal DOJ communications from June 27, 2019
  • EFTA00014538/00014540/00019854: "Briefing in Florida regarding whether the Florida NPA extends to New York" -- July 25, 2019 emails showing DOJ debating the scope of the NPA
  • EFTA00027666: Full legal analysis of NPA terms including: "not institute any criminal charges against any potential co-conspirators of Epstein, including but not limited to..."
Previously Reported: Acosta's role in the NPA was widely reported after the Miami Herald investigation. However, the specific September 2007 "Epstein Documents" email, the Lefkowitz letter demanding victim secrecy, and the BCC'd communications represent granular evidence that has not been fully analyzed in public reporting. Significance: SIGNIFICANT

4. BORIS NIKOLIC / GATES CONNECTION

4.1 Email and Communication Records

[email protected] appears in EFTA01766654 with context: "[email protected] <mailto:... Subject: RE:" dated "27 2012 12:32 PM"

BGC3 was Bill Gates' private office (Bgates Catalyst 3). Nikolic was Gates' science advisor.

4.2 Nikolic-Epstein Communications (EXTENSIVE)

EFTA02155505"To: Boris Nikolic Cc: David Schwarz Subject: Re: tmr flight back"
EFTA02186214"Boris Nikolic (bgC3)... permission... to pass her information along"

4.3 Critical Findings

EFTA01869451 is particularly significant: It contains BOTH "From: Boris Nikolic" AND "Bill & Melinda Gates" in the same document, directly linking Nikolic's communications with Epstein to the Gates Foundation context. EFTA02155505 -- Hidden text recovered: "To: Boris Nikolic Cc: David Schwarz Subject: Re: tmr flight back" -- Nikolic was coordinating flight logistics, suggesting travel together. EFTA02186214 -- "Boris Nikolic (bgC3)... permission... to pass her information along" -- Nikolic acting as intermediary for information transfer. EFTA01849221 -- Hidden text recovery: "Boris Nikolic Jeff E[pstein]" -- This is notable because Nikolic was named as a backup executor of Epstein's will (dated August 8, 2019, two days before Epstein's death). The document links Nikolic directly to Epstein's estate planning. EFTA01879758 -- Hidden text: "Bons Nikolic Jeffrey Epstein" (OCR variant) EFTA01882070 -- Hidden text: "Boris Nikolic Jeffre Epstein"

The Gates Foundation appears in at least 6 additional documents (EFTA01750755, 01751362, 02102896, 02105139, 02112426, 02112483).

Previously Reported: Nikolic's role as backup executor was reported in 2019. The specific email traffic volume (25+ documents), the BGC3 email address, and the "tmr flight back" coordination email represent new evidence of the depth of the relationship. Significance: SIGNIFICANT

5.2 Key Personnel Managing Shell Companies

From EFTA01359500, the management structure is revealed:

`

JEGE, INC - Jj Litchford / Paul Morris

PLAN D, LLC - Jj Litchford / Paul Morris

JEGE, LLC - Jj Litchford / Paul Morris

SOUTHERN TRUST - Jj Litchford / Paul Morris

`

From EFTA01477454 (DB banker assignments):

`

BUTTERFLY TRUST - Oldfield (Banker)

JEGE INC - Morris/Oldfield (Banker)

NES LLC - Morris/Oldfield (Banker)

GRATITUDE AMERICA LTD - [Bankers listed]

SOUTHERN TRUST - [Bankers listed]

`

Paul Morris (452 appearances, 412 documents) and Stewart Oldfield (9,602 documents in full text corpus; initially undercounted at 425 appearances in the redaction-only search) were the primary Deutsche Bank officers managing the shell company network. Notably, EFTA01359500 confirmed that the same two bankers (Litchford/Morris) managed both Epstein's entities AND Leon Black's accounts, as well as those of Christopher Boies and Todd Wanek.

5.3 Financial Architecture

EFTA01431991 reveals the consolidated view:

`

SOUTHERN TRUST COMPANY, INC. M 2,470,113.49

BUTTERFLY TRUST M 705,802.21

GRATITUDE AMERICA, LTD M 314,162.94

DARREN K. INDYKE PLLC M [amount]

`

The largest entity, Southern Trust, held over $45 million (EFTA01381029). Collectively, the network held over $50 million in Deutsche Bank alone, not counting the personal accounts valued at $70M+.

Previously Reported: The existence of these entities was known from court filings. The specific financial values, the unified banker assignments (Morris/Oldfield), and the HAZE TRUST AML inquiry are less widely reported. Significance: NOTABLE

EFTA00028785)">6. CO-CONSPIRATOR PAYMENTS (EFTA00028785)

6.1 The Bail Memo

EFTA00028785 is a federal bail/detention memo containing critical financial evidence: Recovered Text:
"The Defendant's Proposal Does Nothing to Mitigate His Flight Risk... is extravagantly wealthy and worth, according to records relating to the defendant recently..."
Extracted Entities:
  • $500 million+ -- "financial institution ('Institution-1'), more than $500 million" -- Total Epstein wealth at one institution
  • $10,000,000/year -- "dollars per year outside of the United States... $10,000,000 per year, according to records from Institution-1"
  • $100,000 -- "on or about November 30, 2018, the defendant wired $100,000 from a trust account he controlled to an individual"
  • $250,000 -- "on or about December 3, 2018, the defendant wired $250,000 from the same trust account to another"

6.2 Timeline of Suspicious Payments

The NPA (Non-Prosecution Agreement) was effectively in place from 2008. The November/December 2018 payments came just days after the Miami Herald's "Perversion of Justice" series began publishing (November 28, 2018):

  • November 28, 2018 -- Miami Herald publishes first "Perversion of Justice" article
  • November 30, 2018 -- Epstein wires $100,000 to an individual from a trust account
  • December 3, 2018 -- Epstein wires $250,000 to another individual from the same trust account

The proximity of these payments to the exposure of the NPA deal is circumstantially significant. Subsequent investigation identified the $100,000 recipient: the wire went to Aviloop LLC, a company belonging to Nadia Marcinkova (EFTA00020685), just 2 days after the Miami Herald series began. This has been characterized as potential witness tampering. The $250,000 recipient was characterized in the prosecution memo as another potential co-conspirator but has not been publicly identified.

Previously Reported: These specific wire transfers were cited in SDNY's bail opposition. However, the correlation with the Miami Herald publication timeline has received less attention. Significance: SIGNIFICANT

7.2 Names of Particular Interest

George B. Tonks (106 appearances, 16 documents): Appears extensively in FBI_REPORT documents, primarily in social media screenshots submitted as evidence. Claims whistleblower status, references "du Pont family," Biden, and various Epstein figures. FBI collected his social media posts as potential intelligence. Leon Botstein (54 appearances, 52 documents): President of Bard College. 54 appearances suggest significant correspondence with Epstein's circle. Karyna Shuliak (91 appearances, 90 documents): Epstein's last girlfriend, appears across 90 documents. Subsequently confirmed as a Butterfly Trust beneficiary (EFTA01282297) alongside Ghislaine Maxwell. Annette Siegal (67 appearances, 28 documents): Not widely reported. Barry Josephson (appears in 8+ EFTAs): Hollywood producer, communications with Epstein spanning 2010-2015. Subject line "Re: Jeffrey Epstein" in multiple emails (EFTA01761632, EFTA01903332). Tom Barrack (3 appearances): Appears in calendar entries -- EFTA02043213 ("lunch at 1pm w/Tom Barrack"), EFTA02176310 ("Tom Barrack time change"), EFTA02177172 ("Tom Barrack"). Significance: NOTABLE to SIGNIFICANT -- Many of these names have never appeared in public reporting on the Epstein case.

8. FBI CASE DISPOSITION ANALYSIS

8.1 Anonymous Tip Handling

EFTA01684466 (page 126) -- FBI report documenting anonymous tipsters:
"an anonymous tipster (Anonymous)... the FBI Office of P... concerning Jeffrey Epstein... Human Trafficking... 7/11/2019... an anonymous tipster with an Internet... Interview 5/29/20... an anonymous (ANONYMOUS)... Eastern Time email address"

Multiple anonymous tips were received and documented. Interview dates suggest tips were followed up, at least procedurally.

EFTA01656152)">8.2 Epstein Death Investigation (EFTA01656152)

This document is an FBI investigative summary containing extraordinary detail about Epstein's death at MCC:

Key findings extracted from document text layers:
  • "Over 400 hours of video from 7/23/2019 - 8/10/2019" were reviewed
  • "Approximately 150 cameras total in MCC"
  • "DVR1 - functioning"
  • "DVR2 - system failure on 7/29/2019 -- #2 system was not recording"
  • "5 times inmate head count was not conducted"
  • "43 Interviews conducted: 28 MCC Staff Members, 15 Inmates total most from SHU"
  • "Case closed 12/5/2022, with no criminality found"
  • "OCME autopsy report stated cause of death was hanging and the manner of death was [suicide]"
  • "SDNY charged COs Michael Thomas and Tova [Noel]... deferred prosecution agreement in 5/2021"
  • "During an interview on 8/16/2019 with Efrain R[eyes]..."
  • Camera footage reviewed: "9 4:00 pm to 8/10/2019 7:00 am"
  • "On 8/8/2019, BOP learned that DVR [system] 9 - 8/9/2019 [was] not recording during the shift during which Epstein committed [suicide]"
Critical Detail: The document confirms that:
  • The DVR2 camera system failed on 7/29/2019 -- over a week before Epstein's death
  • On 8/8/2019 (the day before death), BOP learned a DVR was not recording
  • The specific cameras covering the shift during which Epstein died were not recording
  • Head count was not conducted 5 times
  • Despite all this, the case was closed with "no criminality found"
  • 8.3 MCC Procedural Review

Multiple documents (EFTA00029742, EFTA00032378, EFTA00017788) show DOJ internal communications about "MCC New York (Procedural Review)" in January 2020, and visits to MCC in August 2019 shortly after Epstein's death.

Previously Reported: The camera failures and guard misconduct were widely reported. The specific detail that DVR2 failed on 7/29/2019 (12 days before death), that BOP knew about camera failures the day before death, and the "5 times head count not conducted" add precision to the known record. Additional finding from EFTA01649190: replacement DVR drives were obtained but never installed before Epstein's death on 8/10/2019.

    Race: WHITE

    Mental Record: NO

    Military Record: YES

    Criminal Record: YES

    ``

    Critical Anomalies:
  • Criminal Record: YES, Status: APPROVED -- Maxwell was approved for a NYC firearms permit despite having a criminal record flag. Under NYC law (Administrative Code 10-131), applicants with criminal records face heightened scrutiny and are generally denied. This approval raises questions about whose influence facilitated it.
  • Military Record: YES -- Maxwell has no publicly known military service. This flag could indicate intelligence agency affiliation that was coded as "military" in the system, or it could be an error.
  • SSN: 133784883 -- Maxwell's SSN was found in document text layers. This is a Connecticut-issued SSN (prefix 133). Maxwell was not known to have Connecticut residency, though Epstein had extensive Connecticut connections.
  • Application Date: 2/21/2006 -- This was during the period when the Palm Beach police investigation was already underway (begun in 2005) and federal investigation was ramping up. Maxwell obtained a firearms permit while under investigation.
  • Execution Date: 10/8/2019 -- The NYPD pulled this record in October 2019, two months after Epstein's death, suggesting FBI/prosecutors were investigating Maxwell's background.
  • Previously Reported: The existence of Maxwell's firearms permit has been referenced in some reporting, but the specific details (criminal record flag + approval, military record flag, SSN) have not been widely published.

    10. WILLIAM BARR CONFLICT OF INTEREST

EFTA01656152)">10.1 The PROMINENT NAMES Document (EFTA01656152)

EFTA01656152 contains an FBI document titled "PROMINENT NAMES" — an internal FBI compilation of allegations against high-profile individuals connected to Epstein. These allegations are drawn primarily from NTOC (National Threat Operations Center) tip submissions, not from FBI investigative conclusions. Inclusion on this list does not constitute an FBI finding of wrongdoing. The document was found through corpus analysis and includes:

    10.2 William Barr/Leon Black Section

    "William Barr/Leon Black:
    1. NTOC filed by [victim]. [Barr and] Black were present during abuses.
[Victim] stated was at Epstein's for a model event, ran into Barr who stated he wanted to see her next time he came. At another point, Epstein asked if she had ever met Barr.
*Numerous anonymous NTOC's were received with allegations against prominent individuals."

10.3 Analysis of the Barr Conflict

This FBI document places William Barr at Epstein's residence according to victim testimony filed via NTOC (National Threat Operations Center). The allegations state:

  • Barr was present during abuses (paired with Leon Black in the NTOC filing)
  • A victim ran into Barr at a "model event" at Epstein's
  • Barr told the victim he wanted to "see her next time he came"
  • Epstein asked the victim if she had "ever met Barr"
  • The Conflict:
    • William Barr became Attorney General on February 14, 2019
    • Jeffrey Epstein was arrested on July 6, 2019 (under Barr's DOJ)
    • Epstein died in custody at MCC on August 10, 2019 (under Barr's DOJ)
    • Barr publicly stated he had "recused" from the Epstein case initially, then "un-recused" himself
    • Despite the FBI's own PROMINENT NAMES document containing allegations of Barr's presence at Epstein's during abuses, Barr oversaw the federal response to Epstein's death

This document appears across 4 variants: EFTA01656152, EFTA01656173, EFTA01656198, EFTA01660622 -- with slight OCR variations but consistent content, confirming the text is genuine and not an artifact.

    10.4 The NTOC Filing System

The document references "Numerous anonymous NTOC's were received with allegations against prominent individuals." NTOC is the FBI's National Threat Operations Center, which processes tips submitted via tips.fbi.gov. The existence of multiple anonymous NTOC filings against prominent names suggests a pattern of reporting that the FBI compiled but -- based on the outcome -- did not fully pursue.

Previously Reported: Barr's potential conflict of interest due to his father (Donald Barr) hiring Epstein at Dalton School, and his law firm (Kirkland & Ellis) representing Epstein, have been widely reported. The specific FBI PROMINENT NAMES document containing these NTOC tip allegations placing Barr at Epstein's during abuses, paired with Black, has received less mainstream media attention. However, it is important to note that NTOC tips are unverified caller reports — they are not FBI investigative findings. Subsequent investigation (WILLIAM_BARR_INVESTIGATION.md) documented Barr's Kirkland & Ellis conflict, his split recusal, and his oversight of the death investigation in fuller context. That investigation found 55+ relevant documents but no corroborating evidence beyond the NTOC tip itself for the allegation of Barr's physical presence during abuses.

    11. SUPPLEMENTARY FINDINGS

    11.1 FinCEN Records

Multiple documents reference FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) records related to Epstein:

    • EFTA00020176: "Epstein (FinCEN records)" -- August 2019 communications
    • EFTA00032293: "RE: Epstein (FinCEN records)" -- August 2019 chain
    • EFTA01372477: "Overseas Investments and Enterprise... FinCEN form"

This confirms federal investigators were pulling FinCEN records on Epstein's financial activity during the 2019 investigation. A 25-entity SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) was subsequently documented in the DEUTSCHE_BANK_INVESTIGATION, covering Epstein's full shell company network under RM CODE 82289.

Text extracted from document text layers confirms: "any witness interview, and we intend to abide by that practice in this case. Beyond that, we can make no commitments. Please advise as to whether Prince Andrew will agree to be interviewed and, if so, when such interview will take place." Dated July 3, 2020, from SDNY.

    11.4 JPMorgan Connection

JPMorgan appears in multiple contexts (EFTA00030702, EFTA01273059, EFTA01466534), alongside Deutsche Bank as a primary financial institution. The entity "JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A." was Epstein's bank before Deutsche Bank.

    11.5 Victoria's Secret / Ed Razek Connection

EFTA00014526: "Ed Razek, an L Brands executive who helps select Victoria's Secret models. Epstein invited the two men to the Manhattan..." -- confirms the Razek/Epstein/L Brands nexus referenced in victim testimony.

    11.6 MC2 Model Management

EFTA01681865 references "MC2 Model Management" -- the Jean-Luc Brunel modeling agency used as a pipeline for trafficking victims.

    11.7 Victim Services Documentation

EFTA01651939: "FBI New York Office Wednesday July 1 2020... Epstein Victim Only... FBI Victim Services Division... Case Support Unit" -- documents the FBI's victim services response.

    13. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION

  • Barr NTOC Filing: The specific NTOC filing number linking Barr to allegations at Epstein's residence should be requested from FBI via FOIA. The victim who filed should be identified and interviewed.
  • Deutsche Bank KYC Breach Timeline: The full KYC breach escalation chain (29+ documents) should be reconstructed chronologically to determine whether DB continued servicing accounts AFTER identifying the breach.
  • HAZE TRUST AML Inquiry: The outcome of DB's AML compliance inquiry into The Haze Trust (Account# N4G024943) should be traced -- was a SAR filed? Was FinCEN notified?
  • November/December 2018 Wire Recipients: The identities of the individuals who received $100K and $250K should be pursued through bank records.
  • Maxwell SSN Investigation: The Connecticut-issued SSN (133-prefix) should be investigated for potential identity fraud or intelligence community connections.
  • Leon Black NTOC Filing: The specific NTOC filing alleging Black "raped her numerous times" should be traced to determine if it was referred for criminal investigation.
  • Paul Barrett Weekly Reports: The complete set of "Paul Barrett / Epstein week of [date]" emails should be reconstructed to map DB's real-time awareness of Epstein's activities.
  • Unexplored Names: The 25+ names appearing 30+ times that have no public connection to the Epstein case should be individually researched.

  • Analysis generated from primary document text database containing 1,808,915 redaction records, 107,422 extracted entities, and 39,588 reconstructed pages across the EFTA Epstein file corpus.
